Blueberry Protein Breakfast Muffin

OMG. OMG. OMG. *while waiving hands in the air* (Read this with your BEST valley girl voice) This is like the BEST and easiest breakfast situation EVER. It's bomb. dot. com. yeah you got that right!

Ok it's this easy


1/2c of oats
1 egg
1tsp of brown sugar
Splash of milk or (oat milk, flax, or almond are the best)
Dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
mix it all in a mug

Put in microwave for 2 minutes. Cut up fresh fruit and drizzle agave nectar over it, and eat it. So good. You're freakin welcome.
