Okay. Confession: I have not worked out my abs in... I don't know how long. WHY? Because it was never a problem area for me, that was always my butt and thighs. 

But now that I'm getting older, I've noticed my hips getting W I D E R (thanks mother and mother nature, I thought my body was done changing for a bit--guess not and I don't even have kids yet!)
