Pumpkin Spice Protein Pancakes

Another amazing recipe, CHECK.

Ok I can't decide if I like that you can just throw it in a blender to mix it or if it's because they are seriously easy and not bad at ALL for you!

This recipe is from www.dashingdish.com, one of my FAVORITE all time blogs about eating healthy and finding recipes that satisfy that sweet tooth. Check it!

REVIEW: These were awesome! Def not too sweet, but if you like your pancakes a little more rich, like I do, I would drizzle honey or agave nectar on top after they are done cooking. I also added crushed pecans to the recipe =)

Ingredients:

1 scoopProtein powder
1/2 cupPumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
1/2 tspCinnamon (or 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice + 1/4 tsp cinnamon)
1/2 tspBaking powder
2Egg whites
1/2 cupOats
1/2 cup+ 2 tbs water
3-5 pktsStevia (or 1/2-1 tbs sweetener of choice)

Directions:
1. combine all ingredients and blend
2. put on hot griddle and cook.

THATS IT!

Then eat.

It's Shepherd approved!
