My slim down challenge DOESN'T include 5 workouts in one day and a little bit of food, actually the opposite.
It includes ChaLEAN Extreme which is about 35-45 min a day depending on the workout scheduled for that day 5x a week, Brazil Butt Lift's high and Tight and Bum Bum a few times a week, a strict meal plan and Shakeology, of course! (I'm drinking Shakeology twice a day, one shake with 1-2tbsp of all natural PB and 1/2 banana and the 2nd shake with fresh fruits and water).
I thought I would share with my followers, and loyal readers what it is that I'm doing so you can try it too!
Meal Plan:
Try for all organic foods, eat every 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Use olive or coconut oil to cook with, only use Himalayan salt, buy quality protein powder (vanilla) drink at least 64oz of water.
Wake up, 2 glasses of water 15-30 min later have:
**If you drink caffeine, green tea ONLY!
Breakfast options: any of the 3
Fruit plate with yogurt and scoop of protein powder w/ 2 pieces Ezekiel toast
Buckwheat pancakes with fruit and honey/2 eggs or add scoop of protein powder in mix
2 eggs scrambled with oatmeal and apples/cinnamon and steamed kale
Snack: any of the 3
shakeology w/PB and banana
PB with apple
Canned albacore with lemon, Himalayan salt, pepper, celery, guac and rice crackers or sweet peppers
Lunch: any of the 3

Chicken, hummus, raw veggies (broccoli. Peppers, carrots)
Salad with protein-cucumbers shredded carrots, sun flower seeds, sprouts, bell peppers and light dressing
Dinner: any of the 3
chicken or white fish with veggies (Brussels sprouts, green beans, stir fry, bell peppers onions asparagus) and brown rice or quinoa
Chicken fajitas or veggie-bell peppers, onions, Ezekiel tortillas salsa non fat plain Greek yogurt and a side of black beans with brown rice
Chicken or ground turkey or vegan lettuce wraps
Snack: any of the 3
shakeology with fruit and water
Berries of any kind, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries pref.
Left over dinner
