Salsa/Mexican Crockpot Chicken

I was looking for a super easy chicken crockpot recipe because I was simply tired of grilled chicken... and almost chicken all together. So I decided to throw a few simple ingredients I had lying around in the crockpot and whatdoyaknow, turned out GREAT!

You will need:
1. 1-2lbs of chicken breast, we used close to two
2. 1 packet of Baja Citrus or you can use taco seasoning
3. 1 cup of plain non-fat greek yogurt
4. 1 1/2 salsa, we used a green salsa that was mild
5. Chopped cilantro
6. Cream of chicken or cream of mushroom (either works)

Combine. Your done. Put on low for 5-6 hours. Shred or keep whole, you choose! Easy right? Goes great with wild rice and veggies, in a burrito or shredded and used for tacos. Don't forget the lime ;-)
