Day 4...

I LOVED the fruit plate... I NEVER eat fruit for breakfast and this reminded me that I need to start. There's nothing better then waking up and having strawberries folded in vanilla Greek yogurt, kiwi and cantaloupe! And toast without butter ain't so bad... I actually prefer it now!

No workouts... really? I don't know about that...
