It taught me a lot about starting and finishing no matter what. But if you are NEW to this whole workout thing... do something you ENJOY. Don't set yourself up for failure by doing a workout you hate, and guilt tripping yourself over everything (cheat meals, a few slip ups) but also, don't half ass yourself. Only YOU loose out on good results, not your coach (hopefully me, if not go to: HERE!), not your husband (although I'm sure he would appreciate the full effort ;-)), and not your sister. Just you. So be smart, and push!
My coach and friend, Lindsay Matway started her ChaLEAN extreme journey in the beginning of Jan. after seeing her 30 day pictures, I was convinced. Sure she didn't have a TON of weight to loose, but everyone has different goals and it's important to respect that! Then her 50 something day pictures rolled in and I HAD to share.
