Key Lime Garlic Chicken and Brown Sugar Garlic Chicken

Thank you Pinterest for providing such yummy recipes! These were super easier marinades, and the potatoes turned out JUST LIKE CHIPS!!!!

Key Lime Garlic Chicken
Inspired from: http://www.grocerybudget101.com/content.php/322-Key-West-Grilled-Chicken
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tbs. honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

 Juice of 1 Lime
2 garlic cloves

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Marinade for 30 minutes, then grill, add fresh cilantro!

Brown Sugar and Garlic Chicken

**note I just read the ingredients and marinated the chicken, instead of following the actual directions so that the sugar would sweeten the chicken, not be coated on top! Do it however you like!

4 boneless chicken breast halves
4 garlic cloves minced
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
3tbsp olive oil

Create marinade, and let sit for 30 minutes, then grill or follow other directions here for baking:

and the potatoes... MMMM

Potato Chips:
 Preheat oven to 450 degrees
5 golden potatoes (any will do, and even sweet potatoes would be great)
4tbsp of olive oil
dash of Himalayan salt
dash of pepper
1 tbsp of rosemary

Cut the potatoes into small slivers, almost all the way through (show in photo)
then drizzle olive oil over potatoes, and sprinkle salt, pepper, and rosemary over it.
Bake for 1 hour, then broil for 10 minutes.
