Healthy French Toast

Yes I said healthy french toast!
What you will need:

-Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin bread
-1-2 eggs (1 egg for 1 person for two pieces of french toast OR 2 eggs for 2 ppl for 4 pieces of french toast)
-Almond milk
-cinnamon
-vanilla extract
- Agave nectar (as the syrup of course, which they serve in assorted flavors such as blueberry, mmmm!)

optional: add bananas, strawberries, blueberries or any fresh fruit to make it sweeter and hello way better! almond slivers help a lot too ;-)


Beat one egg with a splash of almond milk, add a dash of cinnamon and vanilla extract. Soak the bread, and lay flat in a hot non stick pan. Flip and cook both sides. (I think instructions are pretty obvious)
